When you kiss me...

EVENING MOOD OR HUMEUR NOCTURNE BY WILLIAM-ADOLPHE BOUGUEREAU
when you kiss me
all my questions
slide slowly down on the floor
until my truth stands naked before you
tip to toe
feeling your eyes caressing me
following tenderly the river  curves of my flesh
even the air between us
flows thick with the scent of our love...
so full of yearning

when you kiss me
trying to solve
the riddle mirrored inside the iris of my eye
i fold into my core
a night flower closing in the sunrise
hiding my  heart
waiting for your penetrating lips
to read my veins
tasting my heartthrob
patiently igniting my fire...

When you lose your self
swimming into the dessert that is me
cutting my solitude in two
i rise full
in the middle of your sky
tasting your perfect imperfection
with small bites over your cinnamon skin...

I want you
all mine
all
loosing my mind to the insane certainty that i can't stop
breathing you in
breathing you out
standing there
waiting for your lips to ask me
if
I love you...
